special education kid stalking me?

For over a year this boy has been stalking me. And once he even touched me in my boobs. I told his special techer and he never stopped. He is always staring at me and now Im in high school and he still finds me. Last year he always waited outside the girls locker room calling my name and is always bugging my friends and asking them why Im afraid of him.
Im afriad that he is going to take it way to far one day and seriosly hurt me. what can I do besides tell the teacher or principal which I already done.
