What CA universities are best to be schooled at for special ed teachers?

I recently became credentialed in special education but I still need to clear my credential. I am currently going to school at san diego state university but I do feel I am being supported enough so I want to transfer to another university that will be more supportive. Problem is, I have no idea what areas of california are the best to teach in and the have the best schools to finish my credential in. thanks
