special education degrees from australia or new zealand?

hi..i am a 22 yr old female from the Maldives ,a teacher working with special needs children..in Maldives we do not have any training facilities or what so ever...i have 3+ yrs experience in Sp Ed and 3 yrs experience in early childhood teaching.. also done a 1yr diploma in pre-school and sub primary education from Srilanka..im looking for a bachelors degree program from Australia or new Zealand..or if anybody knows a short program that will qualify me to join first yr or 2nd yr of a Sp Ed degree in a certain uni....pls guide me..
