Ms. Della Alexis has a spectacular aura about
New York State Special Education Until Age 21?

Is It True That If You Are Special Education & Under 21 Years Of Age, The State Of New York Has To Provide An Education For You As They Would If You Were Still Under The Age Of 18.

I'm Talking About Grades K-12

Can Someone Link Me To Where The Law Says This?

Also Does It Change If You Dropped Out Before Age 18, But Are Still Special Ed. & Under 21?

Yes, it is true. In N.Y. State they provide all students a special education until their 21st birthday.
If you google.com this statement, you will get thousands of websites leading you to this law.
It used to be until the end of that school year corresponding to a special student is 21, but now it is until the actual birthday the student must be discharged that day.

I can't cite the law-

but it's up to age 21-if the student is able to meet the requirements for graduation by 18-the student will graduate then--

it's the same with non special needs students-if they fail courses-they have untiil they are 21-then they are just kicked out if they still haven't graduated

Yes you can still receive special ed until the age of 21. (IDEA Part B - a federal law)
"A free appropriate public education is available to all children with disabilities residing in the State between the ages of 3 and 21, inclusive, including children with disabilities who have been suspended or expelled from school. "
