What is the starting salary for a special education teacher?

I was just wondering what is the starting salary for a special education teacher with a masters in special ed? I have no experience I am just finishing school. I was also wondering if anyone knew which districts pay starting teachers the most, as well as which districts pay scale increases the fastest? I see that Arizona is hiring alot of teachers but do they pay well? Is cost of living high over there? Your answers and knowledge will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you everyone for all your help I really appreciate it it. Does anyone know if cost of living in Connecticut is expensive? I heared North Carolina was not bad, but I also heard that the crime rate out there is kind of high. Can anyone confirm this? Also i was wondering does anyone know which districts pay scale increases the fastest or the most? I know every district is different so any information will be greatful. Thank you
