Is B.Ed in Special Education(distance learning) 2 year duration frm MP BHOJ OPEN

UNIVERSITY is a valid course? Does it have value if I want to go and work in Canada as a special educator after doing this course?Please help.Somebody told me that MP BHOJ open university course does not have a good standing.PLEASE HELP FRIENDS.
