| Why is the general standard of education in UK and USA so low? I would at least expect people to be able to write a simple sentence in English. However it is not so. Very few people have read any history. Very few have read a book. Economic theory is a totally unknown field. As for coherent or logical thought, wait tell you read the barely credible, illiterate vitriol of the replies. Perhaps there should be a minimum standard of educatonal attainment to be qualified to vote.      |
