u can get oral herpes aka cold sores from kissing and sharing things like drinks, ciggaretts, utensils, lipstick lipgloss.

STDs that are transmitted via body fluids are going to be pretty unlikely in a virgin. However STD's such as Chlamidia and syphilis can also be transmitted orally and anally...so yes you can get these if you are a virgin. Some STDs can also be transmitted by contact (such as gential herpes, gentital warts, scabies etc)

So basically STDs depend on the level of contact the virgin has with their partner. Any type of sexual contact can lead to an STD....not just penetration. Rubbing against each other (unprotected), oral sex etc...these can all lead to an STD even if you are technically a virgin.

STD stands for "Sexually Transmitted Disease". So that means you have to have sex to get a disease. Unless your mother or father had an STD you would be born with it and I'm sure they would tell you if you contracted it through your own parents.

you can't get an STD unless you have sex, hence why it is a sexually transmitted disease. the only thing i kow is possible is aids, as it takes the intermingiling of your blood with someone who has aids. it is extremely unlikey, but hypothetically, if you have a cut and someone with aids has a cut and you get their blood into your blood system by rubbing up against them or something, you can get it, but just like it sounds, it is extremely unlikely - i wouldn't say impossible, but extremely extremely unlikely. also, if your parents had it and passed it on to you genetically, but like another person said, i am sure they would have told you.

Maybe only HIV but you have to be in other risk groups to get it (like do intra-venous drugs and share needles with someone infected), which Im sure isnt the case with you. Don't worry.
