Is it normal?? PLEASE help! STDs....?

If you have just one sore that is reddish and kind of itchy around that area would it be genital herpes(it went away...left a mark)? Doesnt genital herpes come with clusters of sores or "blisters"? If not then what does that thing seem like to you?? PLEASE HELP, please. And has anyone had a samll white dot sticking above the skin on the vaginal lips(on the inside) that kind of itched and felt sore but just went away after a while...

Please help...Thank you so much..

Havent had it personally Thank God!! But it sounds like herpes!! If it happens again u should take a pic and show your doctor!!
