well, do you mean female to female? or are you talking about a woman having sex with a homosexual man?

if it's woman to woman, every STI can be transmitted--but a few are much less likely to be transmitted.

herpes, chlamydia, gonnorhea, syphilis, hpv (some strains cause genital warts, others lead to cervical cancer) are all passes just as easily as with male/female sex. HIV and hep B can both be transmitted, but the risk is very low unless there are external sores from another STI. passing yeast infections back and forth is also common.
