How come everyone gets STDs?

Ok, I've slept with a bunch of guys and whenever I say this people seem to assume I have tons of STds... I'M NOT STUPID! I've been tested a bunch of times (My mom makes me be tested every time she catches me in the act) and I'm completely clean. I nearly gotten pregnant once but it turned out to be nothing. So how come people always call me a slut and assume I have STDs?? They don't know anything about me.
