Women problems (STDs)!?

I've had a red sore vulva for 2 months now. It started 2 days after i had oral sex. Im still a virgin and my partner hasnt had previous sexual relationships either. Iv been tested for STDs which all came back negative. The only thing they didn't do is take a swab from inside the vagina because i wud lose my virginity! They didnt seem to think it was necessary anyway. Could i have an infection inside they dont know off cos of not takin a swab? They took blood and urine samples tho. Could i get and STD from someone whos not had sexual relations b4 and thus cant be infected?!?

its really worryin me as i feel God is punishing me for wat i did. I dono wat else to do! wat could it be?! Im constantly thinking about it and its drivin me mad! Could me feelin guilty be the cause? Ive used several creams includin thrush cream, none of which helped! I keep goin to my GP and the gum clinic but they seem to think its nothing to do with the oral sex! Has anyone experienced such a thing?
Well at the gum clinic they told me they wudnt take a swab as they didnt want me to lose my virginity! Ive been doin all iv been told, such as not usin any soaps only usin water to wash with, only wearin cotton underwear and the creams i used were given to me. All the above didnt help one bit!

I wasnt pressured into it and it was the first time i had oral sex, but i come from a strict religious family and wen i noticed it bein sore...i freaked out! Iv been stressin ever since and it is depressin me. If it is psychosomatic.....wat can i do to stop it!?!? Thanks for ur replies
