Am I 100% Safe from STDs when wearing a Condom?

What are the chances of catching an STD when actually wearing a Trojan Condom? I'm talking about if I'm going to be with a girl that I know has been with countless other men. It's a risk and I don't know if she's been tested and I don't want to ruin things by asking her. I figure she'd tell me something if she really loves me like she says. The thing is, she used to be extremely sexually active, and she's now turned her life around. We are pretty much in Love and want to be intimate. If I use protection, and maybe she does have something, how safe am I if i use a Condom and go ahead and make love to her anyway. Please answer casuse I'm supposed to be taking her out again tonight and this is like our 10th date, I've held off from sex just for this reason. But now I really want to make love to her but I'm a little worried. Just tell me what my chances are.

Apparently you're not disgusted by her previous experience, which would put off many men, but you really have to take a step back from horniness and love and think with your other brain for a minute and consider the risks. If she's been honest enough to relate her conquests, then I can't see how she'd be offended if you asked her to take an HIV test. Sure, it's inconvenient and sure it'll be embarrassing, but it really is worth the risk that she might feel a little resentment for you asking for peace of mind for both of you. That's right, I suspect she too would like to know for sure she doesn't have HIV, so don't hesitate to get those tests as soon as possible. Free clinic. Planned Parenthood. Check the phone book.

No, some STD's even though you are wearing a condom, are so small that they can be transfered through the condom material. Thats what I heard from a doctor once. So, just be careful either way!
