Can I Get My STDs (Warts) Treated After I Joined The Military?

I have a pretty bad case of anal warts (HPV) but passed my Military Physical anyways and was cleared to enlist in the Army. Apparently the only STD they really care about is HIV since they don't test for anything else. I was honest with them about my warts just because its best to be honest about your medical history, but also because I know that these warts are going to require treatment at some point.

I saw a dermatologist and a surgeon who said that I should have them surgically removed. Can I get this taken care of in the Army? Will the Army allow me to take a few weeks off to recover from the surgery? Will they cover the costs of the surgery? Or is this something I'm going to have to pay for myself?
