Porn is legal. Prostitution isn't. Porn stars are tested for STDs. Why not test...

Well, actually it does -- porn stars have higher rates of STDs than the general population does.

And besides, if that's the argument, then why not test prostitutes for STDs?

We could make 'em get tested every 30 days ... just like the porn industry is supposedly doing.

That would kill the argument that prostitution spreads diseases while porn doesn't .

I agree that it should be legal, but you are missing the point about the STD testing. Both porn stars are tested regularly. Where as hookers would be tested, and the john doe who is looking to get his rocks off isn't tested and spreads disease.

they do that in Nivada. They have whore houses there. They have to have a medical card every month and get tested for everything before they can work again. Move to Nivada and have fun.

Easier to control the porn industry, than the prostitution industry...many "working women" work for themselves, and aren't easy to find. It's not like they work for "Joe's Hookers and Hamburgers" and all the employees can be rounded up and tested.

I don't think prostitution should be illegal...promiscuity isn't, so why should anyone care of someone's paying for sex or not (that's the primary difference).
