Male enhancements and STDs?

So I have an ex-boyfriend (27) that I could never quite understand. He gave me more attention at work then he did when I was alone at his house with him (and we could not do anything physical at work). He did nothing when I slept with him in his bed either...

One time I sat in him lap and told him I wanted attention (like hint/hint) and he just ignored me.

During work he'd send me multiple texts hinting at sex and oral.. but he was completely different outside of work.

Anyway, he confessed he had an STD and so I told him I understood and I didn't feel any differently about him. Eventually we went to Walmart, and he said I might find this weird, and then he goes and buys male enhancements.

Umm... if you have an STD that you've known about for some 6+ months, *why* would be taking male enhancements when you know you can't actually use them because you don't want to spread anything?

I'm not sure if he's bi/gay, for show, asexual, or what the heck he may be. Any ideas?
