STDs that cause abnormal paps?

Ive been to the doctor already and have already talked to him. I have gotten a pap smear and the results were abnormal. I am in a relationship(before anyone starts trash talkin) but me and my boyfriend had a one night stand(threesome). Me and my boyfriend know for a fact that we were std free, but now I am concerned The other guy involved, might have had one. He assured me that he was std free, but knowing by tests that I was previously std free Im freaking out that I might have gotten an STD from this other guy. My boyfriend knows and tells me not to worry, but the guilt has taken over me. I feel horrible for doing this and cant help but feel like its karma for pleasing my boyfriends fantasy. I didnt have sex with the other guy by the way it was only oral. Anyone know which STDs can cause an abnormal pap smear?
