| Depends on the state, but not usually unless the crime is sexually related. Then, some states have in fact created statutes requiring some if not all forms of STD testing. But these tests are not normally done. Usually most jurisdictions will test for TB or hepatitis if you are working in the kitchen, but as for AIDS and such, no, not as a rule. |
