of course there is a possibility that you can get an std. you should definitely talk to her about whether or not she used protection. if you are mature enough to have sex with her, you should be mature enough to talk to her about it. but even if she tells you the truth, it doesn't change the fact that you should protect yourself no matter what....wear a condom.
