Yes. The girls get tested once a week and condoms are mandatory.

I worked with a girl whose sister worked at a legal brothel in NV (I lived there at the time, also) and the stories of what people got away with were astounding. I wouldn't trust it, for sure. But, to each his own. I don't really disapprove of the concept, and I know it's regulated as best they can, but it's not a perfect system and we're talking about your LIFE!
