got a bit of an odd question to ask. its always bothered me but i was wondering if anyone else had the same experiences. ive been sexually active for about 8 years (im 23) and every time i have sex and my partner penetrates, it always really hurts. no matter how much lube we use, it feels like my skin is stretching (which of course it is to accomodate the partner!) but it hurts, almost like a burn stinging sensation that also hurts when he is inside. it eventually becomes okay and pleasurable, but the entry is always really painful so always has to be slow and calculated. im finding i have this problem moreso with my fiance` (ive been with him about a year) he's fairly well built, and im quite slender, so i wonder if this could also be a too small too big size problem? i was wondering if anyone else has this problem with painful beginnings to sex, and if this is normal or should i get it looked at? my urinary tract is doing just fine too....and been tested for stds

I had the same problem with my partner, but it didn't happen every time we had sex, just some times...I'm not sure if this will help, but make sure you use lots of lubrication and also, make sure your ready...down there and all-that was part of my problem some of the time. If you have been sexually active for eight years, it really shouldn't hurt anymore. Go to your OB/GYN and discuss the problem with him or her. They will be able to tell you what, if anything, is wrong, and what you can do for a better sexual experienceit may also be that your just nervous. make sure that there is a lot of foreplay to get you loosened upgood luck and hope this helped!

I'd say remember that its built to accomodate a baby passing through, so the size of a small watermelon. Maybe if you get pregnant, the inevitable stretching process will make this easier in the future. Not sure if you want kids mind you lol.Try it in the bath. might be easier. Good luck.

This may or may not be relevant- but for years sex was not enjoyable for me, it burned and was really achey. One day, I ate a half of a pineapple, and my mouth broke out into little sores and I got hives. I went to the dr's, and that was the only thing I had done differently. So an alergy test later confirmed that I am alergic to tropical fruit. My dr told me that most people who are alergic to tropical fruit are also alergic to latex. Since the skin inside my vagina is much more sensitive, I have more of a reaction in there then on my hand or something. Externaly, my skin will get a little red and irritated, but inside, it will burn. My solution is sheepskin condoms and spermacides like vcf. I hope that helps.

I think you are probably just tight and he is large...be happy! Seriously, though, I know it can be painful. Just always use lube and take it slow, until you adjust to him. Eventually, after you have been together several times, you will probably stretch enough to accommodate him comfortably.Don't worry about seeing the doctor, unless the pain is just too intense. I think this is normal.Also, be sure to use lots of foreplay to make sure you properly lubed and are ready for penetration.

apart from lubricating the woman on top possion will ease the situation . in this method you can adjust the way of penetration with out causing pain also you can try any other method that suits you . all the best

I have exactly the same problem, at the beginning I thought it was the size as well but the pain is just getting intense and to be honest even though the foreplay is great as soon as I feel the pain I'm all tense and achey and I get to enjoy it again after the pain wears off, its really annoying! I have an appointment with my gynochologist on Monday, as soon as I find out I will let you know but in the meantime you should get checked as well.
