| can you get HIV or STDs from kissing..exchanging saliva?
i am 13 so i don't want anything bad to happen so young. when i get guys spit in my mouth (it happens often) am i at risk for anything? thanks! please no comments.

I just had two people come into school to talk to us about this, and no you can not! I worried about the same thing, told my mom and she explained lol. HIV is transferred through sex, and STD stands for Sexually Transmitted Disease, unless you are sexually active then nothing serious can happen, but if the guy you are kissing has a cut or infection in his mouth, then you can get sick, and if he has a cold you will probably get that cold, too but nothing serious!!
