Sexual assault. Are there tests to see what STDs I may have?

I was sexually assaulted 9 months ago. I know that I contracted HPV from the even because I have genital warts.

I want to get tested for HIV so bad. I went to Planned Parenthood and they said I shouldn't worry about HIV.

The man masturbated then put his finger up my vagina then held me down.

What other STDs might I have? Is there some type of blood test that I can take?

What STDs lead to infertility? I am so worried that I may be infertile now. Help!
