doctors did a cbc test and a Urine Test. and every thing was normal. does this...

...mean that i have no stds? I had stomach pains,so i went to the doctor and the did the cbc test and urine test,the doctor said ever thing came back normal does this mean i have no illness or std ?

you will only know if you have STD if you go to the OB-GYNE blood test and urine exam will not tell you you have STD. you seed to have a papsmear so that sample tissue may be taken and observe for any abnormal cells. this is not painful but sometimes may be uncomfortable.
by the way, when do you feel the pain? is it after you eat or before you eat? it could also be ulcer gastric or duodenal ulcer. you could also try endoscopy or colonoscopy to see if there are abnormalities
