Stds can you get them any other way?

I haven't had any sexual contact and I've notice some sypmtims of stds on my body. Tiny bumps and some kind of thick pee from my penis when I use the bathroom sometimes. Can you get anything from someone that drank from your cup and tried what you were drinking? Or from a toilet seat while taking a dump?
