AIDS/STDs from having (unprotected) multiple sex from different marriages?

When people have multiple unprotected sex, Aren't they supposed to get STDs /AIDS. So How do people actually avoid AIDS/STDs from having multiple unprotected sex from different marriage?
wow, so there's always a risk from that behavior of marriage, but why there's still much people divorce and remarry. Aren't they scared of it?
