Good study abroad program?

I want to study abroad in Japan, what are some good, safe programs for high schoolers? I only want to do it for a semester, if possible. And I don't want to spend more than $6,000.

CIEE Study Abroad would be a great program for you to consider.

I did not do my studies in Japan, but I did in Shanghai, and this experience was wonderful. The staff in Shanghai were very understanding, helpful, and made my study abroad memorable; and I made 50 new friends.
