Can i get funding off the UK Government to study at the "Goethe Institute" abroad?

Heres the situation.
After taking History and English for a year at AS level i fancy a change.
I have always had a great interest in learning German, although i have never been taught in through GCSE or the like .... I can converse a little in German and i am confident the Goethe Institute is the way forward for me.

Would the UK Government pay for me, or provide financial help to enroll on an extensive 2 month course. It may be longer than 2 months depending on the certificates i wish to attain.

The certificates are internationally recognised qualifications and i feel becoming fluent in German will benefit me in the future. Will they fund me being 18 years old to study at the Institute in Germany?
