Studying abroad in Sweden or Finland?

I'm fixing to finish my 1st year of college. I'm a music management student and would love to go over to Sweden or Finland in the next year or two, and maybe do a summer program for a month or two. Here are some things I'm wondering about:

1. Classes taught in English?
2. Cost of University?
3. Music and Business programs?
4. Which Universities would be the best?

Basically any information that would be helpful. I would really appreciate your input and help, especially from those who live there or someone who's done it before. Thanks!
