Any good study abroad or semester by sea programs??

i want to do a semester by sea program ...or like a study abroad program...any suggestions on the best place to go...i heard some countries are mean to american's any suggestions or any programs ....anyone ever done a program how was the experience ...did you like it...???

anything would be helpful ...thanks
