I don't think that Is a fair question. I am sure if you go into any community anywhere in the world you will find those who will accept you as you are and those who won't.Have you learnt their language, their culture? I think the acceptance you recieve will be very dependent on how far you are willing to go to embrace and immerse yourself into the Korean culture and it's people.

Will I experience racism in Korea?

I spent 16 months in Korea many years ago, and if I could say anything positive about the Korean culture; the fact that they are not racist with respect to color would be number one on my list. All cultures have their idiosyncrasies, but my time spent with these people told me they are understanding and progressive. They've put up with a serious amount of National turmoil and have evolved to a modern sophisticated people.I haven't been in the country for sometime now, so I can't answer for the younger generation(s), but suspect the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.Good Luck

I live in Korea and am black. You will experience much love from the ladies because they love foreign men over here. Especially black ones. I can say this though, a few people won't believe you when you tell them where you're from(they think that only white people are from America so when I tell some people I am from America they don't think I was actually born there, it's not an insult but it's annoying). But Korean people are very hard working, honest, kind hearted people. They will accept you into their culture if you make an effort to understand it. I know you'll love Korea because I've been here for four years and it's amazing!
