Does anyone want to loan me 13,000 dollars to study abroad?!?

I am totally not expecting anything, I only posted because I am frustrated. Private loans have SUCHHHHHH high interest rates. I guess if you don't want to loan me 13,000 dollars (even though I am a VERY honest person...) would you happen to have any ideas for good places to get a loan that large with no killer interest? Or am I just thrown to the dogs for this one. I am going to Yemen for an extensive Arabic program (six months, I'll have a minor from it when I come back) to go along with my degree.. and my passion of course. 13,000 in Yemen???? This language school`s ripping you off big time. Ive been abroad a couple years, my friends have all been abroad too, and after extensive searching we couldnt find any private loans worth taking out. Can you still do the FAFSA thing? good luck to you! sorry!
