Mohela deferment while studying abroad?

I should be eligible for the in-school deferment, but while reading the application, it says for eligible schools. My school is in the UK, so this would make filling out the City/State/Zip blank on the form a bit awkward.

Am I still eligible for deferment while pursuing my Masters in the UK?
i just mailed them a copy of the unconditional offer that has all of the info they need on it. i wonder if this would fly?
