No one wants to travel anywhere, but I want to go everywhere.. what should

I do? I'm studying abroad right now I'm studying abroad right now, and I really haven't traveled much since I got here, and it doesn't seem like many people want to either. I'm in Europe and I had in my mind that I'd get to go all over. I have a lot of 4 day weekends that I'd like to plan trips, but no one seems to want to. I mean there's a few trips, but not a lot. My boyfriend is here too, and he never wants to do anything because it's "too much money." I just want to go everywhere, but it's not a whole lot of fun to to on a weekend trip by myself. Do you have any suggestions of what I should do? I want to make the most of my experience. I just got here a month ago, and haven't explored as much as I would have liked to.
