Study abroad..can any one please guide me a bit.?

I m farhan shahid from hyderabad pakistan i have cleard my FSC in 06 and wasted my year 07 in giving entry test of some universities but i failed like some medical universities and others for Business etc.now i want to go abroad for my bachlors in business.so i m confused, which country to chose where i can study good in bit low amount of money(actually i want to study and pay my all expeses including my tution fee by doing job, my parents will pay my 1st sememster fee only) so can you guyz please suggest me which country to chose..i have only two options AUSTRALIA or UK.i want any professionals help and the details of the universities where i can get easily.(dont say OXFORD, CAMBRIDGE or ANU).
and where i can get quality education.and in which country i will get more advantages like jobs after complition and PR and citizenship etc.
and i have heard from many people saying that you will end up with nothing if you study from collages in LONDON.so i just want to confirm.is it real.?
