What are the best graduate study/work abroad programs in China?

What are the best graduate study/work abroad programs in China?

I want to find a University that provides a graduate degree with about 1 year in China, schooling/working. I know there are some out there, such as the Chinese Flagship Program, but I wanted to see what else there is?
