How do people from 3rd world countries get a visa to study abroad?

All I have is a high school degree, and I was wondering how I can get a student visa to study in another country

From what country are you from? Check the embassy of the country you can want to study located in your country. You can also browse it from yahoo search engine..

Idk. A lot of people from Brazil come over to the USA to study....idk how thou. I think you have to get really good grades and go to the passport people to try out.
