| I'm married. My husband is not a US citizen and did not earn income in 2007. How...
...should I file my taxes? Can/Should I use the 1040EZ and file as if single? He doesn't have a SSN, so I doubt I could use "Married/filing jointly." Please help. Thanks in advance!
I'm getting an $803.35 refund if I file as if I was single. It would be even more if I filed as married!
No, we don't have children. If we did, I couldn't look at using the 1040EZ, since people who have dependents can't use it.
...Also, I did the figures as if I was married/filing jointly, and I'd get nearly $2000 back! So I hope there's a way I can. D:
dylansmom25: How ignorant can you be, and how dare you make such assumptions about our life and the kind of people we are! He was NEVER in the country illegally. People from his country are allowed six months of time in the US as a visitor, and he spent them living with me. We've since moved back to Canada. What a horrible little person you are to say such things!
