Do I need to file state taxes?

I live in Michigan. I'm a college student who works part-time and doesn't make much money. Do I need to file state taxes?

Go to the IRS website and see if your income is within the limits of not filing. When I was a student in NC I filed taxes and always owed. When I began school in GA, I filed and got money back. But even if you make very little there is a big chance of you getting your federal withholding back.
