Tax questions 1040 EZ?

I'm a 23 year old dependent student; during 2007 I accumalted abot 11K working. I also did a usability survey at microsoft were they gave me free software and was also given a free ipod through a bank promo. I recieved tax forms from both microsoft and my bank regarding the things they gave me all together it close to $1,800 in give aways: my question is what tax forms do I need to turn in? I know i need to turn in a 1040 Ez but what do I need to do with the stuff from, the bank and Microsoft?
