Do I need payslips from previous tax years if I have my P60 and P45s and...

...tax amount letters? Risks if I shred? Thanks for any help, i'm not self-employed, I've been employed through companies payroll.

Not if you've got your P60's, I cant really imagine why you'd want previous years payslips. This years yes, but not any further back. Who's going to ask for them?

No, you shouldn't need them. P60 and P45 provide sufficient evidence for tax purposes. Your employer will hold the detailed records as well.
