| My girlfriend and I have lived together for over 2 years. Can we file our taxes
together ? Can I file single head of household and claim my fiance and her son?      |

NOPE, not anywhere in US. Commonlaw marriages aren't valid many states and take longer. Both singles. Get married, then you can file jointly. |
