Filed Married Filing Seperately. My Husband owes past child support.

Received the Tax Topic 203.? How is this going to affect my return. Will I be required to fill out one of those "injury" forms?
I Don't understand? You say "file separately". I filed "Married filing separate", are you suggesting I file as Single? Is that legal?
