California resident. Moved to Washington State mid 2007, but still pay California

tax, which tax form to fill? I am a California resident who moved to Washington State mid 2007, but still paying California state tax. I have not claimed Washington residency. What California state tax form do I need to fill 540 or a 540NR?

Washington is one of those no state income tax states... I would claim washington as your state of residency... You were a part time resident in California... You will need to file a 540NR... This works for non residents and part time residents.
