| which tax forms do i need for the IRS? i had a job in the first part of the year, so i need to file my regular income taxes for that. towards the end of 2007, i started a small business. the business didn't bring in any money in 2007 but there were lots of expenses to declare. my business is an LLC of which i am the only member / employee...... do i file the seperately for my job and my business? i live in central indiana. thanks for your help!!!!! |

| Unless you elected to be an S-corp (or incorporated), then you file the income from the LLC on a schedule C and attach to your 1040 return. If your net income is $400 or more, you also do a schedule SE. Warning, if you weren't open for business (and thus no income in 2007), you can't deduct anything. All startup expenses must wait until you are open for business. |
