| If you received a full refund of taxes in 2007, will you still be
eligible for the 2008 tax rebate? I recently heard someone say that they were ineligible for the last tax rebate because they had a full refund that year. They said the government will not consider you eligible, since it it only a rebate on next year's filing, and not an actual tax break. Is this true???
