| My son's father is $16,000 behind in child support and has not filed taxes in 7 years.? He has been court ordered to file back taxes or a warrant will be issued for his arrest. That order was made in March of 2007. It's been over a year now, and I haven't heard anything and don't know what's going on. We live in Indiana, so my question is, when he files, does the IRS get their cut first and then I get back support, or how does this work? |
