ideal (realistic)income for someone (after tax)who does not have to pay?

rent.This person is a single person.
In order to live a "decent" lifestyle.By decent i mean going out twice a week basically living with no thrills but managing to get at the end of the month with not too much panic.
Please say where you come from.
obviously this person has to pay for utilities.
