I'm wanting to Teach English as a Foreign Language.?

Is there one particular qualification which is recognised world wide?

They can't even decide on the correct title... TEFL TESL etc!

Every course seems to offer its' own Certificate and it would be very helpful to know which one would be recognised by most foreign employers.
