My pet bunny is having an affair. How can I teach her this is wrong?

I have two pet rabbits and they are both white (male and female couple). Recently the female bunny became pregnant. We were all very exited but when she finally gave birth, the baby bunny was black. Sometimes my friend comes over with his black male rabbit and we let him play with my rabbits but it seems that they went further than just innocent play. How do I teach the female rabbit that her behaviour is unacceptable?
